Intech Connections have been supporting Pegasus products for more than 10 years, and have considerable knowledge of how to support business implementations of Pegasus Opera.
Unlike other dealers, if you have a yearly support contract with Intech:

  • If we can't fix the problem over the phone, or by using PCAnywhere and the installation is within 1 hours drive of Hitchin or Milton Keynes,
    a call-out to fix the problem will be Enable Java to see what LVPlanet Isaac made for you
  • All Pegasus Upgrades will be despatched direct to you, as soon as we receive them from Pegasus. You will always know what the latest version is.
  • One Pegasus Upgrade per year, will be installed Enable Java to see what LVPlanet Isaac made for you , if the installation is within 1 hours drive.
  • All Pegasus problems are treated with the urgency that is applicable to the situation, payroll and other mission-critical problems will always take priority.

Note that Operator Support is carried out by Intech Connections Ltd.
ALF, or Annual Licence Fee, is paid to Pegasus on a yearly basis (it is compulsory in the first year), and has three advantages:

  • When Pegasus update the software and issue an upgrade CD, that CD is sent to us and will be automatically forwarded to yourselves.
  • If we discover a bug in the software, that bug is reported to Pegasus for action, no action will take place unless you have an ALF.
  • If we need help in sorting out a problem on your site, Pegasus will not help unless you have an ALF.
